Review ~ Some Like It Sinful (A Perfect Recipe Novel) by Robbie Terman

Blurb:

Their attraction is sinfully delicious…

A struggling business and one act of vandalism may have brought them together, but bakery owner Chloe Nelson and professional hockey player Griffin Lange get along like chocolate and pickles. Chloe needs the famous (and famously unattached) Griffin to attract people to her pastries, and Griffin needs the curvaceous and fiery Chloe to keep him out of trouble. A fake relationship to keep the media interested seems like the perfect plan.

But when temptation throws them into bed together, a new plan arises. Why not make the fake real? Griffin’s winning every home game, and Chloe’s business has never been better. Both know it’s only physical—and only temporary. But can they drop their defenses for love, even if it means getting a little bit sinful?

Review:
I have a die-hard love for small town love and romance. I also have a matching desire to cook and bake. When you combine these 'ingredients' into a novel, you have me hooked.

I'll be honest here- I have never read Ms Terman's work before. That being said... I can guarantee, it will not be the last novel of hers that I read.

Chloe's attitude and personality- LOVED it! Griffin's egotistical ways... made me want to bash him at first. But after settling in to read the book, I forgave him for his earlier moments and chalked it up to not knowing what true/real love could be. Terman's ability to scoop me up into the plot was excellent. I applaud her writing style and look forward to reading more.

I realized after reading this book, that Ms Terman has another Perfect Recipe novel out there- move outta the way while I find it! I look forward to more reads from Terman.
